Independent family funeral service in Aylesham, Kent
Terry Davis has over 20 years experience in the funeral profession, originally working for other funeral services. However, in 1998 he achieved his ambition to set up on his own account, for the first 10 years trading as ‘Terry Davis Funerals’. He now feels that ‘T. Davis & Son’ reflects the increasing involvement of his family in the business.
He feels strongly that it is important to heighten awareness of the choices available to those arranging funerals, which can make a major contribution towards minimising the regrets that can be felt by mourners in the weeks and months after a funeral has taken place.

To this end Terry has always felt it important to offer Eco-Friendly options alongside traditional funeral arrangements and is therefore delighted to have become a Founder Member of the Association of Green Guneral Directors (AGFD) which was officially launched in June 2009 at the National Funeral Exhibition at Stoneleigh.
In 2005 Terry’s wife, Ginny, joined him in the business. She totally shares Terry’s philosophy and brings her extensive experience as a Hospice Administrator to further contribute to the service they offer to bereaved families.
At T. Davis & Son we endeavour to allow families as much Time and Flexibility as they need to arrange a funeral that will bring the life of their loved one into focus and create a truly unique celebration of their life.
The death of someone you care for deeply can be one of the most difficult experiences of your life. There are many decisions to be taken and arrangements to make and we will give you as much time as you need to consider how you can make the funeral a truly personal and meaningful occasion.
It can make a very positive contribution to the grieving process for the bereaved to reflect among themselves what they feel would really bring the life of their loved one into focus and create a truly unique celebration of their life.
T. Davis & Son is a member of SAIF (Society of Allied and Independent Funeral Directors) and abide by their strict Code of Practice.
